and mango" dish is made with real old-fashioned bamboo-steamed sticky rice. This lengthy process prohibits most restaurants from serving the dish in
this home-cooked way of Thailand. The owner cooked in France just over 10 years before coming here, evident in the delicate flavors combined in each
